Do I need To Setup An Account To Place An Order?

Yes, for security purposes we do require you to create a login profile to fulfill an order.

How Do I Place An Order Online?

Ordering online is easy. Simply browse through our carefully laid out website sections or use the search and filtering functions to find the products you are looking for. From here, simply add the products to the shopping cart and fulfill the checkout process.

Can I Place An Order Over The Phone?

We are happy to advise over the phone but we request that actual orders are fulfilled online.

What Information Do You Require To Place An Online Order?

For online ordering, we require your full name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address if they are not the same. You will need to create an account.

What Happens Once I have Placed My Order?

Once you have placed your order you will promptly receive an email summary. If this email does not arrive, please get in touch.

Once payment has been received, we will go ahead and process your order which will follow our delivery times as noted below on this page.

Personalised delivery and setup arrangements will be arranged at your convenience with our logistics department and they will be in touch to arrange a date.

Discount Pricing

Do You Offer Discount Pricing?

Our standard pricing is incredibly good value, but on top of that we have further bulk buy incentives in place available.

To benefit from the bulk buy deals, simply add 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x and 50x of the same item via the product page or cart.

Delivery

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

To offer you the best value possible we are currently offering free courier delivery to all UK locations.

Can You Deliver Outside Of The UK?

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Deliveries will be made via courier next day for orders made before 12noon. Otherwise, it will be on the following business day. So an item ordered at 10am on a Monday will arrive on Tuesday, but if ordered at 3pm on the Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday.

For orders made on a Friday, these will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday depending on whether you made the 12noon cutoff.

If for some reason an item is out of stock, times may vary.

Are You Able To Deliver On The Weekend?

Standard delivery is Monday-Friday, but please get in touch to discuss shipping possibilities outside of standard delivery times.

Can Delivery Be Made To An Upstairs Room?

Courier deliveries can only be made to the ground floor of the address location as couriers are not insured to deliver beyond this point.

If personal delivery and setup is selected, then we will arrange to deliver the items to any room required.

Can You Deliver To A PO Box Address?

Deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box address as they need to be signed for.

Product Setup Service

Are You Able To Include Setup With My Delivery?

Yes absolutely, for desks or larger order that include desks.

Our DSE-trained technicians can be booked for a Personalised Delivery & Setup Service to ensure the equipment is optimised for your needs. You would select this option while making your order and it
would be £100+ VAT.

Please note that this is only currently available for mainland UK postcodes.

Am I Able To Specify A Time And Date For My Personalised Delivery?

Delivery dates are arranged at your convenience by our logistics department and times are specified between 8am and 5pm on the designated day.

Our logistics department will reach out to you, so if you have any specific requirements, you will be able to discuss these with them.

What Is Your Returns Policy?
